So I found out today that I love Brussel Sprouts! I never actually tried them before, but roasted they are fantastic!
This recipe is from The Barefoot Contessa.
Ingredients:
- 1 Pound Brussel Sprouts
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- Sea Salt to Taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Cut off brown bottoms of Brussel Sprouts.
- Place on pan and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, shaking pan a few times to turn sprouts. Sprouts should be tender and have browned outsides.
