Roasted Brussel Sprouts



So I found out today that I love Brussel Sprouts!  I never actually tried them before, but roasted they are fantastic!

This recipe is from The Barefoot Contessa.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Pound Brussel Sprouts
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt to Taste
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Cut off brown bottoms of Brussel Sprouts.
  3. Place on pan and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with salt.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, shaking pan a few times to turn sprouts.  Sprouts should be tender and have browned outsides.
